I’m a yoga teacher, fitness coach, and holistic wellness guide with over 10 years of experience guiding people toward strength, clarity, and calm — through mindful movement and deep self-connection.I’ve taught in Bali, Mongolia, the Philippines, and beyond — from schools and studios to orphanages and retreats. My sessions are creative, intuitive, and always centered on helping you feel grounded in both body and mind.
